These terms form the agreement between VPNAF (“the Service”) and its users regarding the cross-border network acceleration subscription. By registering, paying for or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept all of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Service and request a refund following the process on the refund policy page.
Service scope and coverage
VPNAF provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription. Through international routes covering 90+ countries and 160+ routes, it helps users reach international websites and overseas services. Subscription plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets every month on the activation date, and when you upgrade mid-cycle the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB — use them until they run out, with no expiry. Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and payment is accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
The Service only provides network transport. It does not produce, store or control the third-party content that users access, and it is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services. The Service is not a substitute for the broadband, mobile data or other underlying connectivity available where the user is located.
Account and subscription usage rules
No email address is required to register — a username and password are enough. An account is for the person who registered it only. There is no limit on how many devices can be online on the same account at once, but accounts may not be resold, rented or lent out, and subscription links may not be shared with others or posted in public channels. A subscription URL is part of your account credentials; any data consumed because you exposed it yourself is counted as data used.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password safe. If an account is used by someone else, or data is consumed, because those credentials were not kept secure, the consequences rest with the user. Connection and data-usage records held in the account are based on system data.
Acceptable use requirements
Users must comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction and with the terms of any third-party service they access. The Service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to infringing intellectual property, distributing illegal material, carrying out network attacks, accessing other people's systems without authorisation, fraud and money laundering.
The following are also prohibited because they affect route stability: large-scale automated requests, port scanning, brute-force attempts, spam, and using a subscription to provide network access to third parties. Where any of this occurs, the Service may first restrict the connection for the account concerned, then terminate the account once verified, settling charges based on the time actually used.
Service availability and liability limits
The Service is provided on an ongoing best-effort basis, with routes and clients kept available. International routes are affected by carrier scheduling, submarine cables, congestion on cross-border links and local network policies, so short periods of higher latency, lower speed or dropped connections can occur. The Service restores them as quickly as possible but cannot promise zero interruptions.
The Service makes no guarantee about the accessibility, content or account status of third-party websites and apps. The Service is not liable for indirect losses arising from force majeure, upstream route changes, faults in the user's own network or devices, or misconfiguration on the user's side. To the extent permitted by law, liability is capped at the subscription fee the user actually paid for the current period.
Account termination and refunds
Users may stop using the Service at any time; a subscription simply ends when it expires and is not renewed. A full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 60 days of the first payment. The process, the information required and how long the money takes to arrive are set out on the refund policy page and are not repeated here.
If an account breaches the acceptable use requirements on this page, or is subject to unpaid charges, payment disputes, use of someone else's payment instrument or similar situations, the Service may terminate the account after giving notice in the dashboard or by ticket. Accounts terminated for a breach are not eligible for the no-questions-asked refund. Once an account is terminated, its subscription link stops working immediately and any remaining data is not retained.
Changes to terms and contact details
The Service may update these terms because of business changes, route changes or legal requirements. When it does, the effective month is shown at the top of this page; major changes affecting billing, refunds or the scope of liability are explained in the dashboard as a notice or announcement. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, submit them through the contact page or the ticket form in the user dashboard; the Service replies in the order requests are received.
